People Alliance Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is hiring passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Maintain recruitment reports and ATS records.

Requirements





Graduate/MBA (HR preferred).

1–5 years of recruitment experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job portals is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.
