Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a basic understanding of HR processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer rollout.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

· Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and maintain interview status.

· Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.





· Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

Employee Onboarding

· Coordinate the complete joining and onboarding process for new employees.

· Collect and verify employee documents and maintain employee records.

· Prepare and coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, joining forms, and other HR documents.

· Conduct or coordinate employee induction and orientation.

· Ensure timely creation of employee IDs, official email IDs, and system access.

HR Operations

· Maintain accurate and updated employee databases and HR records .

· Maintain attendance, leave, joining, exit, and employee movement records.

· Coordinate with payroll teams for salary-related inputs and employee data.

· Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and documentation.

· Prepare regular HR reports and MIS as required by management.

· Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
