Are you a Recruiter with hands-on experience hiring for the US Market?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with 2–4 years of recruitment experience , specifically with hands-on exposure to US Recruitment and US Sales hiring .

This is an internal Corporate Talent Acquisition role , where you will be responsible for hiring our internal teams across US Staffing / Recruitment and US Market Sales, Inside Sales and Business Development functions .

Significant:

- Maximum experience considered: 4 years.
- We are particularly interested in recruiters who have personally sourced and recruited candidates for US Recruitment/Staffing as well as US Sales, Inside Sales or Business Development positions .
- Experience recruiting for only domestic positions will NOT be the primary fit for this role.

What You Will Be Hiring For You will primarily work on internal positions such as:

- US IT Recruiters
- US Non-IT Recruiters
- US Inside Sales
- US Business Development
- US Sales
- Other positions supporting our US Market business

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Recruitment and US Sales positions.
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Search, job portals, referrals and other sourcing channels .
- Identify candidates with relevant US Market recruitment and sales experience .
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess experience, communication, stability and role fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US Recruiters and US Sales / Business Development candidates.
- Research and identify relevant talent pools and companies from which to source candidates.
- Approach passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process until offer acceptance and joining.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Take ownership of assigned positions and work toward defined hiring targets.
- Develop alternative sourcing strategies when positions are difficult to close.
- Work closely with management and hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

- 2–4 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for the US Market.
- Experience hiring US Recruiters / US Staffing professionals .
- Experience hiring US Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development professionals .
- Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing experience.
- Good understanding of Boolean search and candidate research.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
- Strong ownership and accountability for recruitment results.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against hiring requirements.

Candidates who have worked in companies serving the US Market will be preferred, especially those with experience in:

- US Staffing / Recruitment
- US-focused BPO / KPO
- US IT Services
- US Accounting, Tax or Payroll Services
- US B2B Services
- US Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development

What We Expect From You: We are looking for a hands-on and proactive recruiter who can manage hiring from sourcing to joining .

You should be good at LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, follow-ups and interview coordination , and most importantly, be someone who takes ownership and delivers results.
