We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join our RPO team and work closely with our client at their Coimbatore location.

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end lateral hiring for Retail Technology, Digital, Technology, Product & E-commerce roles.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, headhunting, referrals & databases.
- Screen, assess and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
- Manage multiple mandates within defined TATs and client SLAs.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
- Build robust talent pipelines and manage client stakeholder relationships.

What We’re Looking For-

3–6 years of recruitment experience

Strong lateral hiring & sourcing expertise

Retail Tech / Technology / Digital / Product / E-commerce hiring exposure preferred

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a client-facing RPO environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
