As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you should be able to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Talent Acquisition

Lead will require to handle the team and source, screen, interview, assess and recruit high volumes of candidates.

- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, midcareer, and graduate hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfactory




- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Prepare, review & monitor the annual recruitment budget, and suggest effective use & optimization
- Experienced in 'Headhunting', 'Networking' & 'Referencing' for junior, mid-level, and top management positions
- Preparing Recruitment Tracker in excel and PowerPoint and giving an overall view on recruitment status to the top management which includes the following reports Identifying areas of improvement, creating, and executing plans for the same
- Willing to take up Aggressive Targets for Onboarding and do what it takes to achieve them
- Capable of providing guidance to Freshers and Junior Recruiters and help them achieve proficiency in Recruitment

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 Years’ experience
- Excellent experience in IT recruitment specially in SAP Hiring, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practice
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- You have strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
