Responsibilities

- Own the complete hiring lifecycle for international technical roles — requisition intake, global sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure — with a primary focus on Robotics.

- Personally source and close critical, niche robotics and deep-tech positions, including:

- VLA (Vision-Language-Action) Research Scientist

- Multimodal AI Engineer

- Robotics Control Engineer
- Embedded Engineer / Embedded Architect

- Firmware Engineer
- Mechatronics Engineer
- and other emerging robotics/AI-adjacent specializations as they arise.

- Product Manager

- Engineering Manager

- Solution Architect
- Build and manage sourcing strategies tailored to each target geography (US, UK, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc.), accounting for local talent pools, compensation norms, visa/work-authorization pathways, and market-specific sourcing channels.

- Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership to translate complex, highly specialized role requirements into transparent scorecards and search strategies.

- Build and maintain a strong global pipeline/network of passive robotics and deep-tech talent, including through direct headhunting,



niche technical communities, conferences, and executive search partners where needed.

- Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence (compensation benchmarks, talent availability, competitor hiring patterns) across each target country for robotics-specific roles.

- Track and report hiring funnel metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, drop-off rate) specific to international/robotics requisitions.

- Manage cross-border offer structuring and negotiation, working closely with HR/legal/compliance teams on region-specific employment norms, relocation, and visa sponsorship where applicable.

- Standardize technical evaluation frameworks and interview scorecards for robotics and AI-adjacent roles across all target countries.

- Manage confidential and business-critical international hiring mandates directly with founders/CXO stakeholders.

- Own candidate experience end-to-end for international hires — from engagement through offer, documentation, and a smooth cross-border onboarding handoff.
