As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. You’ll work on live hiring requirements, maintain recruitment trackers, and learn how hiring works in a fast-paced organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other relevant channels
- Review resumes and profiles and shortlist candidates based on defined role requirements
- Reach out to candidates, share role details, and coordinate initial conversations
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate details, interview updates, and recruitment trackers accurately
- Update the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms
- Support recruitment drives and help build talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on day-to-day hiring activities and follow-ups
- Support basic recruitment reports, trackers, and other operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, online platforms, and basic MS Office tools
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Interest in recruitment, people, and understanding how organisations hire talent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office workplace
