We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with 2+ years of experience to join our team and play a key role in building high-performing teams across India, the US, and the UK.

What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across India, US, and UK hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define the right candidate profiles.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, communities, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across different geographies and skill sets.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, motivation, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, drive offer discussions, and support successful closures.
- Understand different hiring markets, candidate expectations, and recruitment practices across regions.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track recruitment activity and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies, preferably US, UK, and India.
- Strong experience with sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer closures.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate engagement.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.
- A proactive hunter mindset — you know how to find and engage the right talent, not just wait for applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and building relationships, rather than treating hiring as just another HR process.
