Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using job portals, social media networks, and professional databases.

- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants.

- Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database of potential candidates for current and future roles.

- Offer Process: Negotiate job offers, coordinate onboarding steps, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or full-cycle talent acquisition.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards.

- Communication: Robust written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
