Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline to support the company's growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end talent for multiple departments and roles.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with Hiring Managers / Department Heads.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for different positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Handle salary discussions, negotiations, and offer roll-out.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Build and maintain an active talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and closure rate.
- Support employer branding and innovative hiring initiatives.




- Ensure proper documentation and coordination during the onboarding process.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or product-based companies will be an added advantage.
