About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from an NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services background. The role will be responsible for managing hiring across corporate and business functions, understanding manpower requirements, and ensuring timely closure of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and joining.
- Partner with business and functional heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Handle hiring across corporate, branch, sales, operations, risk, finance, credit, technology, and other business functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on functional requirements, experience, communication, compensation, and role fit.
- Coordinate with interview panels and ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations,



documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups to improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Work closely with stakeholders on TAT, hiring plans, and recruitment status.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and track key metrics such as open positions, pipeline, closures, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Support bulk and business hiring drives whenever required.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- NBFC experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have handled hiring for branch, sales, operations, credit, risk, or corporate functions.
- Candidates from Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of lateral and volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Robust communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with prior experience in NBFC recruitment will be preferred, especially those who have worked on hiring across branch banking, sales, operations, credit, collections, risk, gold loans, LAP/MFI, and corporate functions.
