About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring across our events and exhibitions business and to build Maxpo's presence as an employer of choice. You will hire quickly, keep quality high, and promote our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding.
- Hire for sales, marketing, operations, delegate management, and event execution roles, including bulk and seasonal hiring before events.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job groups, referrals, campus drives, and databases.
- Reduce time-to-hire and track TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire.
- Plan and run employer branding activities: LinkedIn and Instagram content, job posts,



employee stories, event-day behind-the-scenes content, and campus outreach.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and give regular status updates.
- Keep the ATS or trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports up to date.
- Follow up with selected candidates to reduce drop-offs before joining.
- Support onboarding and induction for new joiners.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in events, exhibitions, or a similar quick-paced industry.
- Proven record of closing positions within defined timelines (be ready to share numbers).
- Working knowledge of employer branding and social media promotion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple openings and tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
