Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes to help us identify, attract, and hire the best talent for various academic and non-academic roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and Offer Releasing.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
- Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 0 to 3 years of recruitment experience; prior experience in EdTech or school hiring is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using recruitment tools or HRMS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
