- Source top talent through headhunting, bulk hiring, mass recruitment, non-IT recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current employees.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other similar platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Ready to travel across Kerala
