About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to own and drive end-to-end recruitment for our clients, including headhunting for niche and senior roles. You'll manage open mandates from sourcing to onboarding, work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters, and play a key role in delivering quality hires on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding
- Headhunt and directly approach passive candidates for niche, mid-level, and senior positions
- Map talent in target companies and industries, and build talent pools for current and future mandates
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct screening calls to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, and culture fit
- Pitch roles and engage passive candidates to build interest and drive conversions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurately, with regular status updates
- Follow up with candidates at every stage to ensure a smooth,

- Handle offer rollout, negotiation support, and joining follow-ups to reduce drop-offs
- Work with senior recruiters and clients to understand mandates and hiring priorities
- Prepare and share regular hiring reports and MIS

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or consulting experience preferred)
- Exposure to headhunting or direct sourcing of passive candidates
- Robust verbal and written communication and persuasion skills
- Good understanding of the recruitment process, sourcing tools, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for tracking and reporting
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines
