Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter with strong experience in headhunting, candidate sourcing, company mapping, and industry mapping. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using modern recruitment tools, AI-based sourcing platforms, and databases to identify and engage with relevant talent.

The role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on niche and targeted hiring, competitor/company mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and supporting selective international hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Conduct extensive headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for critical and niche positions.
- Perform company mapping to identify relevant organizations, target companies, and potential candidates.
- Conduct industry mapping to understand talent pools, competitor organizations, market availability, and salary trends.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Utilize AI-powered recruitment and sourcing tools to improve candidate identification, research, screening, and outreach.
- Use tools such as Lusha, SignalHire, and similar platforms for candidate research, contact discovery, and talent mapping.
- Develop effective Boolean searches, X-ray searches, keyword searches, and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation, location, notice period, and overall role suitability.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, must-have skills, and candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status, and hiring reports.
- Conduct market research to identify talent availability and potential hiring challenges.
- Support international recruitment for selected roles, including sourcing candidates from international markets and coordinating across different time zones.
- Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring requirements through continuous market and competitor research.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.

Required Skills
- Solid headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent understanding of company mapping and industry mapping.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
- Experience using Lusha, SignalHire, or similar candidate/contact intelligence tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for recruitment, sourcing, candidate research, and outreach.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Ability to identify candidates from competitor organizations and related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work with tight hiring timelines.
- Basic understanding of international hiring and global talent sourcing will be an advantage.
