Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhandup. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, posting job openings on relevant platforms, and maintaining a talent pipeline for various roles within the organization.

Executive will also handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination,



and recruitment-related documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Regular reporting on hiring metrics, participation in employer branding initiatives, and collaboration with HR colleagues to improve recruitment processes are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening, including use of job portals, social media, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Experience conducting structured interviews, coordinating selection processes, and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Ability to draft clear job descriptions, maintain recruitment documentation, and prepare hiring reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of HR practices, basic labor laws, and onboarding processes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR or applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with HR analytics tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is highly desirable.
