Employment Type: On rolls of Quess Corp (Third-Party Payroll)

Role Purpose The Talent Consultant will support to drive end-to-end recruitment execution for for assigned business functions through proactive sourcing, rigorous candidate screening, interview scheduling and timely offer closures- ensuring fulfillment of hiring mandates while upholding quality benchmarks and stakeholder experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Delivery

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions. • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and drive timely closure of open positions.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future roles.




- Conduct basic market mapping for target companies and talent pools. • Engage with passive candidates and maintain candidate relationships.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.
- Ensure alignment on timelines and candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate and real-time updates on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

4. Candidate Experience

- Ensure smooth candidate journey from first interaction to offer stage. • Maintain consistent communication and engagement with candidates. • Support employer branding through qualified candidate interactions.

5. Reporting & Process Adherence

- Adhere to recruitment SOPs, data privacy guidelines, and audit requirements
