Roles and Responsibilities :
- LAP & Mortgage Hiring: Drive end-to-end recruitment across Loan Against Property, Home Loans, Mortgages and Secured Lending businesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, to understand their recruitment needs.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs, leveraging various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment).
- Solid understanding of loan against property (LAP) mortgage industry trends and regulations.
- Proven track record in lateral hiring or similar roles; ability to identify high-performing candidates quickly.
