Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, networking, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and basic IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide first-level technical support to users for IT-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and basic network access.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and antivirus updates.




- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
