The System Test Engineer assessment is designed for experienced engineers with 8–12 years of system validation exposure, preferably from premium institutes with consistent academic excellence. This evaluation tests a candidate’s ability to plan and execute end-to-end system validation strategies across electrical, embedded, and IoT-based product lines. It covers practical skills in configuring test beds, handling lab instrumentation like oscilloscopes and power analyzers, identifying field-level issues, and contributing to defect triage and resolution processes.
Additionally, the assessment focuses on familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, DOORS, and TestRail, while also gauging leadership potential, documentation ability, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates should be well-versed in working with international teams, demonstrating technical ownership, communication clarity, and a passion for sustainable innovation in energy systems.
Experience:
- 8+ to 12 Years: CTC ₹39 LPA + 10% Variable
- 12+ Years: CTC ₹52 LPA + 10% Variable
Qualification:
- Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Tech/M.Tech) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 75% academic record throughout

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for Enphase products
- Ensure end-to-end requirements mapping
- Participate in engineering forums and review technical documentation
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enphase systems
- Design and set up lab testbeds for system testing
- Execute system tests, log and troubleshoot bugs via Jira
- Analyze issues and participate in bug triage discussions
- Ensure stakeholder alignment for bug fixes before release
