The role We are building a best-in-class HR Technology landscape to support the future of the Ice Cream Company. This role acts as a functional product owner for ServiceNow HRSD and EmployeeWorks, owning the end-to-end employee service experience. The role ensures these platforms are not only stable and compliant, but continuously optimized to deliver a seamless, intuitive employee journey.

Next to ServiceNow HRSD a key focus area is integration design and orchestration, ensuring EmployeeWorks acts as a connected experience layer across HR Systems. What you'll be responsible for This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company that is geared for future success as with ‘the best HR Technology team in the industry’. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead with the following responsibilities: Product Ownership &

- Strategy Act as an Agile Product owner for ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Works Define and drive the product vision, roadmap,



and priorities Ensure alignment with HR Strategy and employee experience goals Continuously improve the digital employee journey and own product success metrics Employee Experience &
- EmployeeWorks Own the EmployeeWorks (chatbot/experience layer) platform Drive adoption and usability of employee self-service Optimize conversational flows, knowledge content, and case deflection Ensure seamless experience across channels (chatbot, portal, etc.) Business and AMS Bridging Act as primary interface between GPOs, Hr stakeholders and AMS teams Translate business needs into clear functional and integration requirements Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and experience standards Backlog &
- Delivery ManagementOwn and prioritise the product backlog using a value-driven approach, aligned with business priorities Lead sprint planning, refinement and release cycles Ensure transparency on delivery, dependencies and risks Change, Testing &
- Governance Oversee UAT and business validation Ensure quality, stability and proper documentation Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards We're looking for someone who Has experience owning end-to-end employee experience platforms Solid understanding of HR service delivery & case management Ability to think in user journeys, not just systems Experience improving chatbot adaptation and self-service maturity Comfortable working across business, IT and integration teams High level of integrity and professionalism. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
