IT Service Operation

- Provide Support to end user for Incident and Service Request Fulfillment
- Collate, Gather and Process IT Asset Configuration and Inventory
- Check and Submit Software license related reports
- Coordinate with IT vendors to Provide support related with IT services.
- Service Desk- act as point of contact between users and the IT team to manages incidents and service requests.
- Positive understating of Network related issues
- Good understanding of Email Client like Google Workspace, O 365 to manage
