Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in handling desktops, laptops, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.

- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

- Troubleshoot email issues, profile configuration, and mailbox-related problems.

- Handle OS installation, upgrades, and patch management (Windows 10/11).

- Diagnose and resolve LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.





- Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates.

- Perform data backup and recovery for end users.

- Manage IT assets and maintain inventory records.

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and replacement.

- Document issues, solutions, and maintain support logs.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11).

- Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 tools.

- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP).

- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop and application issues.

- Knowledge of remote support tools.
