Vaia is an AI-first investment and sustainability advisory firm, building proprietary LLMs tailored for compliance, reporting, climate intelligence, and investment/financial workflows. We are looking for Sustainability Interns to work at the intersection of sustainability, compliance, and AI.

What you’ll work on:

- Assisting with sustainability advisory workflows
- Working on carbon removal projects
- Researching regulations, frameworks, and sustainability data
- Contributing to AI-led automation of sustainability workflows

Who we’re looking for:

- Fresh graduates from reputed universities, with a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- A degree or coursework in AI or a related field is a plus
- Prior exposure to ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance,



carbon accounting, or related work through internships, projects, coursework, or certifications
- Solid research, analytical, and data-handling skills
- An interest in AI, SaaS, and how technology can transform professional workflows
- Someone who actively wants to work in an AI-first company and is curious about building with AI, not just using it
