Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in Chennai. The Surveyor will conduct land and site surveys for residential and commercial projects, including measuring and mapping properties, verifying boundaries, and preparing accurate site layouts. The role involves using surveying instruments and software, recording and analyzing survey data, and collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to support planning and design.

The Surveyor will inspect project sites for conformity with approved plans, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.



The position also includes preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong land and site surveying skills, including field measurements, boundary verification, and topographical surveying.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in using surveying instruments and related tools, such as total stations, GPS equipment, levels, and measuring devices.

- Candidates should possess skills in survey data recording and interpretation, including preparation of maps, drawings, and technical documentation.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant local regulations, property laws, and standards related to land development and construction.

- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, architects, project managers, and external parties.

- Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in real estate or construction projects, particularly in residential and commercial developments, is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in varying field conditions, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
