Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite Surety Bonds in accordance with company underwriting guidelines.
- Evaluate contractor financials, project viability, and the creditworthiness of principals.
- Assess risks based on financial statements, project cash flows, and past performance.
- Determine bond terms, limits, pricing, and conditions in line with underwriting guidelines.
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal teams for documentation and approvals.
- Coordinate with reinsurers to obtain the best terms for Surety Bonds.
