Job Title - System Engineer

Location - PAN India

Experience - 7- 10 Years

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirements:

- 7- 8 years of Networking experience in SDWAN technology in FortiGATE firewall & SDWAN technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling large enterprise customer’s SDWAN network.
- Hands-on on FortiGATE firewall , SDWAN & Fort analyser is must.
- Candidate will be well versed with Reporting using FortiGATE Analyser & independently handle all SDWAN remote support of 70+ branch offices
- Liaison with L1 NOC 24/7 & Customer SMEs to troubleshoot ISP & Power and NW capacity , packet errors issues as deem necessary on daily basis.
- Upgrade and cutover of SDWAN technology to be supported tike to time.
- Provide service improvements & Kaizens to be updated on timely fashion.




- Awareness of AD VPN technology must.
- Ensure ticket SLA resolution and response is met.
- Documentation of HLD/LLD/SMTD/SOP to be done every month with updates recorded.
- KPI , SLA target for SDWAN support is reported and maintained in green state on daily basis.
- Raise changes and execute the changes in timely fashion.
- FortiGATE certification is a Must.
- Minimum CCNP preferred with SDWAN certification.
- Additional SDWAN technology knowledge is added advantage.
