Position: Lean Expert

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Lean transformation initiatives and support the organization’s Lean journey.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Execute and complete improvement projects within defined timelines.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through Lean tools and methodologies.
- Implement continuous improvement practices such as Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, and value stream mapping.
- Use data-driven approach for problem solving and process optimization.
- Promote awareness and application of AI fundamentals in manufacturing and business processes.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating Lean with AI-based tools and analytics.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement and project execution.
- Knowledge of basic AI concepts and digital tools for manufacturing/operations.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
