Responsiblities:

- Market & Spend Intelligence: Conducts comprehensive supply market, spend, and pricing factor analyses to drive informed procurement decisions.
- Commodity Strategy & Hedging: Formulates long-term commodity strategies using sensitivity analysis and executes financial hedging to mitigate market volatility.
- Strategic Supplier Management: Establishes a long-term, mutually profitable vendor framework by overseeing annual supplier segmentation and performance rating frameworks.
- Vendor Development: Leads continuous supplier improvement initiatives through technical audits, training sessions, and team-oriented Joint Improvement Plans.
- Contract Negotiation:



Drives high-level negotiations with suppliers and logistics providers to finalize beneficial contracts and safeguard organizational interests.
- Risk & Emergency Mitigation: Develops contract risk-mitigation strategies and identifies alternative supply sources to ensure business continuity during emergencies.
- Commercial Cost Management: Implements, tracks, and communicates monthly cost-reduction and cost-avoidance figures to all key stakeholders.
- Operational Transition: Monitors the seamless hand-off of sourcing strategies to the Operational Procurement team for trouble-free execution.
- Logistics Oversight: Evaluates, selects, and monitors inward logistics service providers to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
