MISSION OF THE JOB: Assist customers to proficiently apply the company's products and provide technical support during the use process and make sure all technical and commercial issues are properly resolved on behalf of Aerox.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

§ Preferable Engineering background.

§ Have good technical background on paints or coatings application.

§ Wind power industry is a plus.

§ Preferably residing in Chennai

§ Proficiency in computer and office software.

§ High level of English.





§ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

§ Valuable: Familiarity with process control (lean), in chemical products (application, mixing and handling) and in composite materials (fabrics, resin, adhesives, coatings...).

· Protect a valuable working relationship with customers.

· Help existing customers solve the problems arising from the use of coatings until normal production is resumed.

· Regular visits to our clients' plants located in India.

· Looking for a foundry that meets the requirements of AEROX.

· Check the cargo transportation of each factory.

· Technical support for new customers.
