Supervisor – Banking Collections to manage collection operations, employee performance, training, quality, and compliance activities. Candidates should have strong experience in banking collections and previous supervisory or team coordination experience. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate banking collection activities.

Monitor team performance and achievement of defined targets.

Coordinate with Training, Quality, Operations, and other teams

Monitor current-hire training, certification, and performance.

Conduct and validate call listening and feedback sessions.

Identify performance gaps and support improvement activities.

Track customer complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain compliance records, reports, and required documentation.

Prepare reports related to performance, quality, training, and collections.

Support process improvement and ensure SOP adherence.
