To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required for the supervisor:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience in alternative investment funds audits such Venture Capital, Private Equity and hedge funds.

- Active CPA, ACCA or CA license
- 5+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalent
- Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise senior associates and associates
- End-to-end audit experience
- Understand complex valuations for venture and PE funds
