Role Description The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru/Mumbai . The SME will design, review,



and refine curriculum content and learning materials aligned with educational standards and institutional goals. This role involves collaborating with academic teams, teachers, and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical effectiveness.

The SME will conduct research on best practices, analyse student performance data, and recommend improvements to teaching methodologies and assessments. Additional responsibilities include supporting teacher training, contributing to academic audits, and participating in the development of innovative learning solutions and educational programs.

Qualifications

Degree in Hindi. from a reputed university

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Primary/Secondary grades will be an added advantage
