Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counsellor role based in Noida, India.

1. The Study Abroad Counsellor will engage with students and families to understand academic goals, career interests, and financial considerations, and will provide personalized guidance on suitable countries, courses, and universities.
2. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, assisting with application documents, and advising on standardized tests and timelines.
3. The role also involves coordinating scholarship and financial aid guidance, supporting students through visa processes,



and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application status.
4. The Study Abroad Counsellor will collaborate with team members to organize information sessions, workshops, and outreach activities, while staying updated on global education trends and university policies.

Qualifications

- Solid counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess student profiles and provide clear, structured guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student applications, deadlines, and documentation simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa procedures for major study destinations such as the U.S., U.K., Europe, Australia, etc.
- Comfort with using digital tools and office software for documentation, tracking applications, and virtual engagement with students and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a professional, student-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in study abroad counseling, educational consulting, or academic advising is highly beneficial.
