Role Description This is a full time, on-site Student Visa Counsellor role based in Ahmedabad.

The Student Visa

Counsellor will guide prospective students through overseas education options, admission procedures, and visa requirements, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, recommending suitable courses and institutions, and assisting with application and documentation processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders,



maintaining updated knowledge of education systems and visa regulations for key destination countries, and following up with students throughout the application lifecycle. The counsellor will also handle inquiries in person, via phone and email, provide high-quality customer service, and support outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, and information sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Education-related advisory skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Career Counseling abilities to align study options with long-term goals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear, empathetic guidance.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
- Relevant experience in overseas education consulting, immigration, or academic counseling is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for managing student records and communication.
