We are looking for a Student Success Advisor with a strong understanding of the study abroad admissions process and a sales-oriented mindset. The candidate should be able to assess student profiles, understand basic eligibility requirements across major study destinations, guide students on suitable universities and courses, and manage the student journey from initial counselling to application and enrolment. Since this is a conversion-focused role, the candidate must be comfortable with sales targets, objection handling, regular follow-ups, pitching paid admission services, and convincing students to enrol with GyanDhan’s consultant partners.
Robust communication skills, ownership, CRM discipline, and the ability to build trust with students are essential for this role.
