Role Overview

- Position: Student Counselor (Sales Team)
- Location: Remote
- Working Hours: 100% Flexible (Set your own schedule—2 hours, 5 hours, or full-time)
- Compensation: Commission-Based (Earn per successful conversion with unlimited upside)

What You’ll Do

- Interact directly with prospective students to understand their academic goals and learning needs.
- Counsel students on the best-fit programs and courses available on KnowledgeGate.
- Guide students through the enrollment process using your personalized referral code.
- Drive student conversions and consistently meet or exceed your self-set earning targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Robust verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with high initiative.
- Empathy to understand student pain points and offer tailored guidance.
- A degree like B.Sc., BCA, or B. Tech. in Computer Science will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in telesales, student counseling, or EdTech sales is a plus (but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!).
