Position Title: Student Admissions Officer

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

· Explain WisGrad’s course details, career opportunities, fees and admission process

. Guide students in selecting suitable programs based on their interests and goals

· Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

. Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and relationship building

· Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records

· Coordinate with internal teams during the admission process

Eligibility & Qualifications

· Minimum Qualification: Graduate

· People with 1-2 years of experience in student counselling and conversions preferred.

. Freshers with excellent sales skills can apply

· Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam





· Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.

· Great persuasion skills, active listening and patience.

· Candidates who are comfortable with outbound calling, student interaction and follow-up-based work will be preferred.

Work Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Location: Kochi

Joining: Immediate

Compensation : Fixed Salary plus performance based incentives
