Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Project Lead / Senior Program Lead with a robust background in software engineering operations, technical program management, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading distributed technical teams, managing complex programs, reviewing technical work, and driving quality and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex software engineering programs from planning through delivery.
- Manage distributed technical teams and contributor networks.
- Define and track project timelines, quality, productivity, and delivery metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Review code, test suites, technical workflows, and quality signals.
- Manage client communication, expectations, risks, and escalations.




- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in technical program/project management, software engineering operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience managing distributed technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to read and review code and understand software testing practices.
- Technical knowledge of at least one of Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience in delivery management and operational execution.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
