We are looking for a confident, energetic, and relationship-oriented Strategic Partnership Manager for our BEXO.ED vertical.

The role will primarily involve building strategic partnerships and institutional tie-ups with colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities

1.Identify and establish relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

2.Visit institutions and conduct meetings with Deans, Principals, TPOs, Placement Heads, HR, Directors, and management teams.

3.Present BEXO.ED's courses, training programs, and industry-oriented learning initiatives.

4.Clearly communicate how BEXO.ED can provide students with practical learning, industry exposure, live projects, and real-world experience.

5.Develop and maintain long-term institutional relationships.

6.Initiate and close MoUs, strategic partnerships, training collaborations, and institutional tie-ups.

7.Conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, orientation sessions, and student awareness programs.

8.Handle follow-ups, negotiations, documentation,



and partnership closures.

Maintain records of institutional meetings, leads, follow-ups, and partnerships.

9.Travel extensively as required for institutional outreach and partnership development.

Requirements

1.1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Education Sales, Corporate Relations, or a similar role.

2.Comfortable with field work and frequent inter-city travel.

3.Experience with colleges/universities, EdTech, IT training, skill development, or institutional partnerships will be an advantage.
