We are hiring a Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Manager to drive growth in our ExperienceA staffing division,

specializing in Adobe Commerce/Magento and broader Adobe ecosystem talent. This role is pivotal in identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships with IT staffing vendors to expand our resource base and enhance our delivery capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Identification & Onboarding

- Conduct market research to identify relevant IT staffing companies and technology consulting firms
- Build and maintain a qualified vendor pipeline aligned with business growth objectives
- Establish SLAs, partnership frameworks, and operational agreements

Vendor Relationship Management & Performance Tracking
- Develop and monitor comprehensive partner health scorecards and KPIs
- Conduct monthly/quarterly partner performance reviews against SLAs
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans collaboratively
- Maintain regular communication with vendor leadership and stakeholders

Day-to-Day Operations & Coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for all vendor-related operational matters
- Communicate staffing requirements and delivery timelines to vendors
- Facilitate collaboration between vendors and internal teams
- Track vendor responsiveness and support quality

Quality Assurance & Profile Management
- Define and enforce candidate profile quality standards
- Establish quality review processes and provide vendor feedback
- Monitor quality metrics and ensure compliance with standards

Escalation Management & Issue Resolution
- Establish clear escalation protocols with vendors
- Manage and resolve vendor-related escalations from clients and teams




- Document escalation patterns and implement preventive measures

Resource Management – Coordination with Resource management team
- Manage resource allocation and fulfillment from vendor partners
- Monitor resource performance and engagement on client projects
- Coordinate resource releases and transitions back to vendors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, partnership development, or business alliances
- Proven track record in identifying and onboarding new business partners or vendors
- Solid understanding of IT staffing, consulting, or technology services industry
- Experience with SLA management and performance metrics tracking
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and vendor management systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in Adobe ecosystem or Adobe Commerce/Magento market
- Background in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, or talent acquisition
- Knowledge of staffing division operations and sales processes
- Experience with vendor scorecards and performance dashboards
- Familiarity with Bengaluru/India IT talent market
