Store Head – Supply Chain

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse/store operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely material movement, and efficient storage and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and other teams for material availability.
- Monitor warehouse manpower, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
- Prepare inventory and operational reports and resolve stock discrepancies.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma with relevant experience in warehouse/store operations.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain/manufacturing.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management, ERP/WMS, and warehouse processes.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
