B. Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Min 2–5 Years Experience in Store / Inventory Management)

C. Working Base: All India Basis / Project Wise

E. Candidate Working Experience Shall Include / Shall Be:

1. Maintain inventory of project materials, tools, and consumables.

2. Record inward and outward material movements accurately.

3. Coordinate material receipt, inspection, and dispatch activities.

4. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and housekeeping of materials.

5. Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and reports.

6. Monitor material availability for smooth site execution.

7. Coordinate with procurement and site execution teams.

8. Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.

F. Job Profile:

1. Manage day-to-day store operations at project site.

2. Ensure proper documentation of all material transactions.

3.



Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records regularly.

4. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for material flow.

5. Ensure safe handling and storage of materials at site.

6. Support project execution by ensuring material availability.

7. Assist in audit and stock verification processes.

G. Preference:

Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Power / Wind Energy Projects will be preferred.

H. General Traits:

1. Robust knowledge of store and inventory management systems.

2. Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

3. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP systems preferred).

4. Ability to coordinate with multiple site teams.

5. Discipline in stock control and material handling procedures.
