- Sales & Target: Achieve monthly sales target, drive collection promotion (Rs.999, Festive Offers)
- Team Management: Manage Cashiers, Sales Staff, Duty Roster, Training
- Customer Service: Handle VIP customers, complaints, returns smoothly
- Cash Handling: Daily cash closing, audit, tally with billing software, handover process
- Stock Management: Stock inward/outward, inventory audit, prevent theft/shortage
- Store Operations: Opening/closing of store, cleanliness, visual merchandising
- Reporting: Daily Sales Report to Owner on WhatsApp/Excel
- Discipline: Ensure staff attendance, no unauthorized absence, follow SOP

Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years experience as Store Manager / Asst. Manager in Retail / Garments
- Knowledge of Billing Software, POS, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business
- Positive communication in Hindi, Marathi, English
- Honest, punctual, leadership skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
