Role: Store Manager – Luxury Beds & Bath

Location : Andheri & Ghatkopar

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our premium Beds & Bath retail store. The role will be responsible for driving business performance while creating an elevated, personalized and memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the store's sales, revenue and profitability targets
- Deliver an exceptional premium customer experience across the complete buying journey
- Lead customer consultations, product demonstrations and conversion
- Drive key retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity
- Build solid product and category knowledge across Beds, Bedding and Bath
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve business and service objectives




- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and brand experience
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment and other store operations
- Develop strong customer relationships through clienteling and personalized selling
- Drive local store activations and customer engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes and operational standards
- Act as the brand ambassador for Sensory Studio within the store and local market

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in premium/luxury retail
- Experience managing a store with high-value or consultative selling
- Experience in Luxury Retail will be preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer engagement skills
- Strong people-management and team-development capabilities
- Good understanding of retail KPIs, inventory and store operations
- Passion for premium products, interiors, design and customer experience
