Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Operations & Showroom Sales Executive to manage showroom activities, assist customers, drive sales, and support day-to-day store operations.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in retail or showroom sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide product information and personalized recommendations.
- Handle customer enquiries and support sales conversions.
- Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, and customers.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation.
- Handle after-sales coordination and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, product displays, and brand standards.
- Stay updated with products,



market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
- Support smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, store operations, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good networking and follow-up abilities.
- Interest in design, interiors, products, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
