1.Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.

2.Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure effective and effective operations.

3.Monitor and analyze store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

4.Set sales targets and objectives for the store and ensure they are achieved or exceeded.

5.Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth.

6.Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and take appropriate action to optimize sales performance.

7.Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by all store employees.
