Requirements

● Proven experience as a Kitchen/Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Store Manager, or Hospitality Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

● Strong people management and communication skills.

● Ability to drive operational excellence and deliver superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management

● Lead and manage the complete functioning of the kitchen with a team size of 7–12 members.

● Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering growth and performance excellence.

● Maintain team discipline, attendance tracking, and ensure a positive work culture. Operational & Financial Management

● Achieve Top Line and Bottom Line targets through efficient operations.

● Manage kitchen P&L;, control expenses, and ensure delivery of profitability.

● Maintain accurate inventory control and eliminate discrepancies.

● Plan and execute kitchen-level marketing promotions to enhance customer ratings and sales. Customer Experience & Brand Excellence





● Create and sustain a solid customer base with high retention and ratings across own and aggregator platforms.

● Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution (within TAT).

● Manage SLM brands to maximize direct profitability at the kitchen level. Compliance & Audit Readiness

● Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards for all team members.

● Maintain valid kitchen licenses and ensure readiness for internal, new launch, and government audits. Training & Development

● Plan and conduct regular kitchen-level training sessions to enhance skill and compliance.

● Use data and feedback tools (e.g., customer insights, team assessments) for continuous improvement. Communication

● Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally via email and other channels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
