Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, manage teams, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Ensure optimum manpower deployment and effective workforce utilization.
- Monitor customer experience and ensure high service standards.
- Drive inventory management, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and merchandise availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and audit requirements.
- Analyse store performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with regional and support teams for business and operational requirements.
- Build a solid customer-centric and performance-driven store culture.
